Practical questions

Usually the same day. WhatsApp is quickest, because we are often on site with machinery running and cannot take a call. Enquiries are answered Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, so anything sent over a weekend is picked up on Monday morning.

We look at the surface, its condition and the access, then send back a fixed price for the job, usually the same day. If the photos do not tell us enough we will ask for one more angle or come and look. There is no obligation and no one will chase you.

Yes, £250. It covers getting commercial equipment and a full water supply to your property, so very small jobs are not worth either side’s time. Most drive, patio and render jobs are comfortably above it.

Cash, or BACS payment via an invoice, on completion. We do not take cards or cheques, and nothing is taken up front.

No. Herts Pressure Washing is not VAT registered, so the price we quote is the price you pay with nothing added. A VAT-registered company has to add 20% on top of its price.
