Terms and Conditions

• All prices are subject to site inspection prior to work beginning.

• Any site clearance required prior to our work will usually incur a small charge.

• Access to water supply from the customer’s property is normally always required.

• Oil, solvent, paint and cement stains may not be completely removed in all cases – we do not guarantee removal of any type of staining.

• Pressure washing can loosen or remove unsound, broken, damaged or perished surfaces, pointing, paving stones and insecure brickwork. – In all cases, any reinstatement will be the customer’s responsibility.

• Payment is only accepted by cash or bank transfer.

• Payment in full is required on completion less any deposit paid.

• Any jobs cancelled within 24 hours of a confirmed booking will be charged 50% of original quote.

• Outstanding invoices will be charged an additional 10% after 7 days from invoice date.
